Bien qu’elle n’ait jamais eu la joie de se marier avec son premier amour, avant qu’il ne décède, Améthiste préférais dire qu’elle, à l'époque, qu'elle était veuve. Avec Noctis, elle a eu une petite fille du nom de Théis qui a eu 8 ans il y a peu. Améthiste fait partie des domaes depuis un moment, presque depuis sa naissance grâce à son père. Elle y était valet pendant 7 ans, mais avec la mort de Noctis il y a peu près cinq ans de cela, elle à eu beaucoup de chagrin et donc beauicoup de mal à remonter la pente. Elle fait partie des Domaes depuis ses 10 ans et possède son Basilic depuis ses 15 ans. Améthiste se bat avec des dagues à doubles lames empoisonnées, un fouet, une hallebarde et des pistolets, mais elle est aussi à son aise au combat au corps à corps et sait manié beaucoup plus d’armes qu’avant, bien qu’elle n’en ait que quatre qui lui correspondent vraiment, selon elle. Elle est propriétaire du centre commercial de Quederla, depuis ses 25 ans, que ses parents adoptifs lui ont légués et, plus récemment, d'un écurie de course de motos. Elle a un tatouage derrière l'oreille qui lui sert de marque.
